Introduction

Recently I found a book 'Eat Right For Your Blood Type' and have since reading the lists of foods, found that I was eating most of the right fodder but still having things which were supposed to be BAD for my blood group.

So I started to rethink my diet.

This has lead me to start this blog.....I hope it will help.

I have put the foods into their own Labelled for B's pages to make it easy to find.
